Flowchart of timeframes for notified and limited notified applications

Text description of flowchart

The timeframes from when an application is formally received are:

1. Public notification/ service of notification begins within 10 working days of the application being formally received.
2. Submissions close 20 working days after notification.
3. The hearing is held within 25 working days after submissions close.
4. A decision is issued within 15 working days of the hearing ending.
5. The appeal period closes 15 working days after the decision is issued.
