Purpose
Exchange and sharing of data, knowledge and expertise in information and data management; advance the measurement of environmental performance indicators; enhance state of the environment reporting in the Bay of Plenty; to identify and resolve data acquisition, information technology and management issues.

- Memorandum of Understanding (detailing mutual benefits to be gained, member responsibilities)
- Summary of Measured Parameters identifying which agencies collect information for each parameter, whether the indicators are confirmed, supported and measured by each agency
- Sets of indicators (agreed by all ishareBOP members)
- Website (hosted by Environment Bay of Plenty) on which indicator monitoring data is stored.

- Tangata whenua
- Residential development
- Consents and compliance
- Works and network utilities
- Transportation
- Recreation facilities and amenity
- Hazards
- Heritage.
Comments
Progress has been very good. Has been a useful forum for discussing and reviewing monitoring initiatives.
